Description of an Improved Forage Sample Dryer1

D. A. Mays2

A forage sample dryer which combines high capacity with flexibility of operation and safety is described. It has a storage capacity of 300 cubic feet and can dry subsamples to a zero moisture level in 48 to 72 hours. The procedure used in processing subsamples is discussed.
