Synopsis: Peltier psychrometer has been calibrated to measure water activities equivalent to diffusion pressure deficits (DPD's) of 20 to 65 bars suction at 25° C. Cotton leaf discs studied had DPS's from 40 to 65 bars and relative water contents from 94 to 52%, respectively.
