Interrelationship of European Corn Borer, Plant Populations, Nitrogen Levels, and Hybrids on Stalk Quality of Corn1

Synopsis: Crushing strength of a 2-inch mature stalk section was shown to be a suitable method of determining stalk damage by the European corn borer.
