Pollen Shedding in Russian Wildrye Grass1

Synopsis: Russian wildrye grass shed pollen for a nine-day period. Maximum pollen production occurred between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Temperature not only affected amount of pollen produced but also the length of time and time of day that pollen was produced.
